Superbuy vs ACBuy (2026): Which Agent Should You Use?
Last updated: March 2026 By the FINDS team — we've run 100+ orders through both agents
Two names come up constantly when people discover Taobao agents: Superbuy and ACBuy. Both let you buy from Taobao and ship internationally. But they've diverged significantly in the last two years.
Here's an honest breakdown based on real orders.
Quick Verdict
Use ACBuy if: you want lower service fees, a newer/cleaner UI, and don't need to consolidate many small parcels.
Use Superbuy if: you want a longer-established platform, more detailed QC videos, or are ordering from multiple platforms at once.
Both platforms work well. The difference matters most when you're spending more than €200 per haul.
Fee Comparison
| ACBuy | Superbuy | |
|---|---|---|
| Service fee | ~5% of item price | ~6–8% of item price |
| Free storage | 90 days | 180 days |
| QC photos | Free (standard) | Free (basic) / Paid (detailed) |
| Parcel consolidation | Free | Free |
| Minimum order | None | None |
ACBuy's service fee is consistently lower. On a ¥1,000 (≈€130) haul, you save roughly €5–10 in agent fees before shipping — not massive, but it adds up over time.
Shipping Options
Both platforms offer similar carrier options: EMS, YunExpress, DHL, and various economy lines. Pricing is comparable because they're accessing the same carrier rates.
One key difference: Superbuy tends to give slightly more shipping estimate accuracy in our experience. ACBuy's estimates have improved significantly in 2025–26 but can still be off.
For European buyers specifically, YunExpress via either agent is the sweet spot: 14–21 days, reasonable rates, decent customs clearance rate.
QC (Quality Control) Photos
This is where the platforms differ most noticeably.
Superbuy: Has built a reputation for more detailed QC photos — sometimes 20+ angles on request. They'll check specific details you ask for via the order notes.
ACBuy: Standard QC is solid (8–12 photos). You can request additional photos, but it's less systematised than Superbuy.
For first-time buyers, ACBuy's standard QC is more than sufficient. For experienced buyers checking specific details (stitching, hardware accuracy on high-end items), Superbuy's QC depth is a genuine advantage.
UI and Experience
ACBuy's interface is newer and cleaner. The product submission flow is simpler and the warehouse/shipping management is more intuitive for new users.
Superbuy's interface is older and more cluttered, but has more features. If you're using the platform heavily — multiple orders, detailed parcel tracking, splitting shipments — Superbuy's feature set rewards the learning curve.
Customer Service
Both offer live chat. Response times are comparable (usually under 2 hours during Chinese business hours).
Superbuy has a larger English-speaking support team, which matters if you're dealing with a complex issue. ACBuy's support has improved significantly since 2024 and handles most standard questions well.
Which Is Better for Fashion/Streetwear?
For the kind of finds in our archive — sneakers, jackets, hoodies, Balenciaga dupes, Rick Owens-inspired pieces — both agents work equally well.
The practical difference: ACBuy's lower service fees mean slightly more budget for the actual products. On a 10-item haul averaging ¥300/item, you're saving roughly €10–15 in fees with ACBuy.
We recommend ACBuy as the default for new buyers because of the cleaner UI and lower fees. Browse finds to order via ACBuy →
