The Full Timeline (What People Don't Include)
Delivery time isn't just the shipping leg. The full timeline from "I want this" to "it's at my door":

So when ACBuy says "14 days shipping," add 8–10 days for the pre-shipping steps. Real total: 22–35 days for most orders.
Which Carrier Is Fastest?
DHL Express is fastest by far — 7–12 days from departure to delivery. But it costs 2–3× more than YunExpress.
YunExpress is the best balance. 14–21 days, roughly half the price of DHL, reliable tracking that updates throughout.
EMS is the slowest reliable option. Good for destinations where YunExpress has weaker coverage (some Eastern European countries).
Economy lines (Yanwen, ePacket) can take 35–60 days. Only worth it for very cheap items.
What Slows Things Down
Taobao seller delay: Some sellers take 3–5 days just to ship to the ACBuy warehouse. Check the seller's processing time before ordering.
Warehouse backlog: During peak seasons (11/11, Chinese New Year, Golden Week), the warehouse can have 3–5 day backlogs.
Customs: Germany, Netherlands, and France customs can hold packages for 2–10 days for inspection. This is normal. If your declared value is accurate, it's just a waiting game.
Wrong address: Make sure your Latin-script address is entered correctly in ACBuy. Mis-delivered packages are rare but near-impossible to recover.

- YunTrack.net — specifically for YunExpress, more detailed
- Your local postal service's website once it enters your country (e.g., DHL Paket in Germany)
The tracking gap between China and your country (usually 2–5 days of no updates while in transit) is normal. Don't panic.
